“For so many parents, this is so important, have self-compassion. None of us is perfect and know that we are just trying our best.” – Donna Tetreault
With the coronavirus, we are all coping with a new reality and if you’re a parent like me with the school’s closed in your area, you’re probably home with your kids. Now what?
I’m in week 2 here in San Diego and we’ve been adjusting to homeschooling, but how do you cope during this time? What can parents do to make sure their kids feel safe and secure and that they continue to learn and thrive?
In today’s episode, we talk with parenting journalist and Dr. Phil expert, Donna Tetreault. She shares the latest insights and information from experts. She talks about the most important thing to remember when planning out your schedules, what can you do to put yourself at ease, what’s the most important thing you need to focus on during this uncertain time, and more.
